At Ashberry Healthcare, we value the commitment and compassion our staff bring to their roles every single day. Their dedication is what truly shapes the quality of care we provide. The Ashberry Awards were established to acknowledge these remarkable efforts and to highlight those who consistently go above and beyond.
Now in its fourth year, the awards ceremony was hosted by our senior leadership team, Chief Executive Nigel Denny, Chief Financial Officer Gary Cottrell, Operations Director Claire Fry, and Director of Care Shaun Lock, who came together to celebrate the standout achievements of our colleagues.
Across five special events, we gathered to celebrate the outstanding contributions of our staff - from our care teams to our kitchen staff, domestic teams, and everyone who plays a part in our homes. Working in care can be challenging, yet it is incredibly meaningful. Every day, our colleagues go above and beyond to provide exceptional support to our residents, and these awards are one way we show our appreciation for their dedication.
Our warmest congratulations go to all this year’s winners and nominees.
We were proud to recognise achievements in categories including Long Service, Employee of the Year, the Ashberry Core Values Award, 100% Attendance, the Dementia Awareness Award, the Wellbeing Award, and the Director’s Award.
