Ian Taylor brings a wealth of experience to his role as Director of Regional Operations at Ashberry Healthcare. With a background of over 15 years in retail management and customer service, Ian moved into the care sector in 2001 as a volunteer in learning disability services and has since built extensive experience across dementia care, mental health, rehabilitation, older people’s services, and operational and compliance roles.
Ian joined Ashberry Healthcare as Integration Manager, initially supporting Meadowview Care Home and playing a key role in helping new managers transition successfully. He quickly became an integral part of the organisation, supporting homes across the group and ensuring stability, consistency and high standards during periods of change.
In his current role, Ian works across multiple homes, supporting managers and teams to deliver high-quality, person-centred care. His hands-on, collaborative approach and breadth of experience enable him to drive improvement, support development and maintain excellence across the organisation.
