Daniel successfully led the team at Engelberg Care Home, where he progressed through the company and developed his leadership skills, creating a positive and supportive environment for residents, families and staff. His focus on maintaining high standards and driving continuous improvement has been central to his approach.
In his role as Director of Regional Operations, Daniel supports multiple homes across Ashberry Healthcare, working closely with managers and teams to maintain quality, support development and ensure excellence across the organisation. He is passionate about strong leadership, team culture and achieving the very best outcomes for residents.
