Wellbeing coordinator

Meadowview Care Home is located in the leafy residential area of Penketh in Warrington. As the name suggests, it overlooks a meadow, which is currently home to horses. Our home focuses on delivering exceptional standards of personalised care and ensuring residents and their families feel supported and respected.

This is an exciting opportunity to really get to know our residents and provide them with a variety of stimulating activities that not only promote physical but also mental and social wellbeing. You'll need to be warm, empathetic and personable to join us as a Wellbeing Coordinator. You will be responsible for:

• Arranging entertainment and maintaining appropriate documentation in line with the monthly activities budget

• Organising in-house and other events such as Christmas parties, Easter events, summer fares and bonfire parties etc. Ensure that adequate supplies are purchased for the events whilst still working within the set budget

• Experience is not essential as we will support you with training

• It is important is that you are caring enthusiastic and have energy to share

• Have the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.

• Have a positive attitude to both supporting and nurturing residents and staff.

• Be responsive and flexible to cover a range of responsibilities.
