Spring is the perfect time to come together for an afternoon of music, dancing, and delicious refreshments. Holmer Court Care Home invites you to our Spring Tea Dance, a wonderful community event in support of Dementia Matters Herefordshire.

Supporting a great cause – All proceeds will go to Dementia Matters Herefordshire, helping those affected by dementia in our community
